| EMPLACEMENT |

The complex is about 50 metres from the golden sandy beach of Praia da Falésia. Links to public transport can be found in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, bars and nightlife can all be found about 5 km away. Albufeira, with its old town and shopping opportunities, is about 13 km away. The nearest train station is some 25 km away. Faro Airport is about 30 km away.
Coming from Faro airport (35 km) leave the highway Via do Infante and head towards Boliqueime. At the roundabout (about 3 km) turn left for Faro. Take the 1st turn off for Albufeira (sign is also for Oura and Olhos d'Água). After the turning you will pass a BP petrol station, after which you turn left for Alfamar Beach and Sport Resort. Follow the main road as far as a larger T junction. Turn left and then immediately right, following the brown signs for Praia da Falésia and Rocha Baixinha. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit. |

The nearby beach is sandy. The nearest golf course is about 2.5 km away. Entertainment and activity programmes for both young and old also feature. |

| POLITIQUE D'ANNULATION |

1. Pas de pénalité pour les annulations réalisées avant la date limite définie pour le Alfamar Villas & Studios Hôtel Algarve.
2. Les annulations réalisées pendant la période limite d'annulation auront comme imposition le prix d'une nuit d'hôtel, à défaut de disposition particulières mentionnées préalablement dans la politique d'annulation.
3. En cas de non-présentation la 1ère nuit sera facturée, sauf mention contraire dans la politique d'annulation.
4. Aucune annulation pendant ou après la date d'arrivée.
