The apartments are located in the part of Split formerly known for its greenhouses and flower gardens, which were grown thanks to the micro-climate providing sun and warmth even during the winter months.
They are situated beside a large rocky beach, on a little elevation with a view of the sea and the islands Bra and olta. It is a 30-minute walk along the seafront to the centre of town and the Diocletian palace - the historical origins of the town. |

2. Les annulations réalisées pendant la période limite d'annulation auront comme imposition le prix d'une nuit d'hôtel, à défaut de disposition particulières mentionnées préalablement dans la politique d'annulation.
3. En cas de non-présentation la 1ère nuit sera facturée, sauf mention contraire dans la politique d'annulation.
