The Palace Ballroom has a capacity to accommodate up to 500 guests for a cocktail reception or 340 guests for a formal dinner. In addition, within Berjaya Hotel, there are 8 meeting rooms with the capacity to seat to a minimum of 20 persons to a maximum of 120 persons (theatre style).
