* Roof Garden:
Grilled meat and fish dishes served on the terrace overlooking Lake Como during the summer months.
* The small lounge area near the lift on the ground floor is equipped with a free Internet connection which is available to guests. For security reasons, we request the presence of a responsible adult when minors use this service.
* The swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 30th of September. It is located on the fifth floor and is open from 9.00 to 20.00.
* The sun room, in a covered area of the terrace, is sunny in the morning and equipped with sun loungers.
* 3 meeting rooms available to customers, seating up to 75 people. They can be used for meetings, training courses and product presentations.

2. Les annulations réalisées pendant la période limite d'annulation auront comme imposition le prix d'une nuit d'hôtel, à défaut de disposition particulières mentionnées préalablement dans la politique d'annulation.
3. En cas de non-présentation la 1ère nuit sera facturée, sauf mention contraire dans la politique d'annulation.
4. Aucune annulation pendant ou après la date d'arrivée.
