Cet hôtel familial autrefois connu sous le nom de Bukarest Hotel a été racheté en 1999 par le célèbre footballeur roumain Gica Hagi. Grâce à d'importants investissements et à un projet de modernisation, il a pu être amené très rapidement à un standard plus élevé. C'est ainsi que 2 ans plus tard, le 4 juillet 2001, un hôtel tout neuf a ouvert ses portes sur le lieu de vacances de Mamaia. Cet hôtel de bord de mer est constitué d'un bâtiment principal et d'un bâtiment annexe. Il compte en tout 98 chambres réparties sur 3 étages, dont des suites junior, des chambres doubles et des appartements ainsi qu'une terrasse. Le hall d'accueil de cet hôtel thermal climatisé dispose d'une réception ouverte 24h/24, d'un coffre-fort, d'un vestiaire, d'un bureau de change et d'un ascenseur.
