1. Pas de pénalité pour les annulations réalisées avant la date limite définie pour le Irotama Resort Golf Marina Hôtel Santa Marta.
2. Les annulations réalisées pendant la période limite d'annulation auront comme imposition le prix d'une nuit d'hôtel, à défaut de disposition particulières mentionnées préalablement dans la politique d'annulation.
3. En cas de non-présentation la 1ère nuit sera facturée, sauf mention contraire dans la politique d'annulation.
4. Aucune annulation pendant ou après la date d'arrivée.
