This deluxe resort has 120 individual hales on 33 hectars offering guests a choice of picturesque garden views, tranquil lagoon settings and dramatic ocean panoramas. Nine styles range in size from intimate to large enough to accommodate multiple families. Telephones, fax or photo copy services are available 24 h a day at the Front Desk. Laundry facilities with complimentary washers, soap and dryers are located throughout the resort. Dry cleaning and special laundry services are available by request through our Front Office. Casual clothes and food items can be purchased on property. This hotel is specially designed to accomodate disaibled guests. Complimentary ground transportation from Kona International Airport to the Kona Village Resort is ofered. |

* All daily scheduled activities—including arts and crafts, stargazing, yoga, historical and petroglyphs tours, tennis on the resort's three lighted courts, the fitness center, water-sports equipment, and outrigger canoe rides—are included in the suite price, with no extra fees required. Also included are day and evening children's programs for ages six and up.
* The activities include: snorkeling gear, tennis-court usage and tennis clinics, access to a fitness center, historical tours, children's activities, and local arts and crafts.
* Events include a manager's cocktail reception on Tuesdays, special-events night on Wednesdays, a sunset honeymoon cocktail party on Thursdays, and luaus on Wednesdays and Fridays. In addition, guests can enjoy historic petroglyph tours, beach and botanical walks, and weekly Polynesian arts and crafts.
* The Keiki in Paradise children's program is for children ages 6 to 12. The program is not available in May and September. Children ages 5 and under can participate only when accompanied by an adult. Programs are offered for teenagers throughout the year based on demand and minimum participation level.
* Informal restaurant Hale Moana serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Outdoor lunch buffets are lavish and include a grilling station. Adjacent Talk Story Bar serves tropical drinks.
* Formal restaurant on the beach Hale Samoa serves Pacific Rim cuisine . Open five nights a week. |

* This Polynesian-style resort comprises 125 thatched-roof hales (cottages) spread among 82 oceanfront acres. The cottages feature porches with lounge chairs and cushioned furnishings.
* Inside are contemporary furnishings and colorful bedspreads. Ceiling fans (two or three per suite), louvered windows, and high ceilings combine with ocean and mountain breezes for natural cooling. Twice-daily housekeeping, refrigerators, bathrobes, slippers, and designer toiletries are included. For a peaceful, romantic atmosphere, the cottages have no telephones, clocks, radios, or TVs. |
