Here, all the Creole specialties as fresh fish, lobster, meat, exotic fruits, fresh vegetables and fine pastas can be tasted. Featured in their thatched roof restaurant is full service and buffet style dining with five, fully planned meals and twice a week a la carte menu offerings. You can enjoy delicious adventures in world dining five nights a week with each night featuring one of 14 different themes such as Creole, Italian, Mexican, and other international menus. Of course, fresh seafood is always a hit in culinary offerings at La Tambora Beach Resort. Enjoy dining in the relaxed style of our restaurant's open-air setting. * Thoughtfully arranged on the property are 16 two story villas, each containing from four to six accommodations. More than just rooms, these spacious, bright and airy apartments are fully furnished in comfortable Caribbean style. Some have two floor levels with a second sleeping area in an open loft above, and a small, furnished kitchenette. All have air-conditioning or ceiling fans, a fully appointed bathroom complete with hot-water shower and a bidet, a spacious balcony or porch with an ocean or garden view and fully opening glass doors to take advantage of the trade wind's natural ventilation. Varying with the floor plan's sleeping arrangements, the apartments can accommodate up to six persons and ideal for families or small groups. |
