Mövenpick Ulysse Palace & Thalasso Djerba is located at the tourist area in front of the white sandy beaches, with an easy access to various places of interest. The hotel is a few steps from the protected seashore of the shining island of Djerba floating in the blue Mediterranean, and enjoying 324 days of sunshine every year.
The island, fringed with sandy beaches, covers an area of 514 square kilometres. This is not without good cause, for even Homer, all those centuries ago, described Djerba in his epic poem, The Odyssey, as “The Island of the Blissfully Happy”.
Driving directions from the north: From Houmt Souk down the Route Touristique to the south of the island. It is the second hotel on the left at the beach area on the Route Touristique.
Driving directions from the south: From the south of the island, it is the second to last hotel on the right side of the beach on the Route Touristique towards Houmt Souk.
Driving directions from other directions: From the airport by taxi or bus to Houmt Souk and then to the Tourist Zone. Hotel bus available at TND 30,000 per person. Advance reservations required. |

* Lounge Bar:
A lounge bar inspired by the myths and legends of the Mediterranean. The musical atmosphere is full of new discoveries, with house electro, Andalusian, Ballerina and Oriental melodies. The bar offers a selection of new and classic cocktails as well as up-market amber alcohols. A menu of sushi and sashimi to share between friends and a wine list of the New World and the Mövenpick Cellar complete the offer.
* Spa:
The Ulysse Thalasso Centre features extensive seawater treatment facilities and offers various beauty treatments and massages. The spa centre offers Ayurvedic treatments such as shiatsu.
* Sports & Activities:
Sports activities include water aerobics, fitness centre, beach volleyball, petanque, horse and camel riding, bicycle and scooter hire, tennis and water sports (in summer). The golf course and casino are nearby and easily accessible. The new Club Mistral proposes kitesurfing courses.

* Mövenpick Ulysse Palace & Thalasso Djerba offers the luxury and comfort of 259 air-conditioned rooms with either a balcony with sea view or a terrace with garden view. There are 38 deluxe rooms, between 32 and 38 square metres, with clear views of the pool or the sea.
* Superior rooms offer a lounge area with couch (third bed), a bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, a large balcony with a view of the swimming pool or the sea. There are eight family deluxe rooms (50 square metres); 150 sea-view rooms, (20 to 24 square metres); 46 garden-view rooms (20 to 24 square metres). Standard rooms have a terrace with garden view.
* Rooms are equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning and heating, satellite TV, direct-dial phone and voicemail in four languages, internet access, minibar and safe. Beds have orthopaedic mattresses and bathrooms feature bathtub and shower.
* There are 17 suites: two Presidential suites (100 square metres); seven Ambassador suites (48 to 54 square metres); eight Junior suites (40 to 45 square metres). 3. En cas de non-présentation la 1ère nuit sera facturée, sauf mention contraire dans la politique d'annulation.
