You can enjoy your meal at “Tipuana” with the best wines from all over the world. One of our most requested dishes is the “Cabrito Cordobés” (Cordoban goat). In the northern part of the province the best goats in the region are raised. The preparation consists of baking the goat with oil, lard, lemon juice, ground “ají” chilli or black pepper, oregano, and salt. It comes with golden potatoes flavoured with olive oil, thyme, and salt. |

2. Les annulations réalisées pendant la période limite d'annulation auront comme imposition le prix d'une nuit d'hôtel, à défaut de disposition particulières mentionnées préalablement dans la politique d'annulation.
3. En cas de non-présentation la 1ère nuit sera facturée, sauf mention contraire dans la politique d'annulation.
