* Lobby Lounge:
A relaxing area overlooking rock-face waterfall and pool to the right of the main entrance. (Open from 10:00 hrs. to 23:00 hrs.) Features light music and a large television. Offers light refreshment and snacks.

1. Pas de pénalité pour les annulations réalisées avant la date limite définie pour le Northern Heritage Resort Hôtel Chiang Mai.
2. Les annulations réalisées pendant la période limite d'annulation auront comme imposition le prix d'une nuit d'hôtel, à défaut de disposition particulières mentionnées préalablement dans la politique d'annulation.
3. En cas de non-présentation la 1ère nuit sera facturée, sauf mention contraire dans la politique d'annulation.
4. Aucune annulation pendant ou après la date d'arrivée.
