The Resort will feature 84 deluxe rooms including 8 exclusive beach villas. The resort is beach front with low rise buildings, each room a minimum of 40 square meters plus private balcony. Each beach Villa occupices 134 square meters of land and offers a generous 64 square meters of personal space with full ocean views. Most guest rooms will have sea views and all face landscaped tropical gardens with a central oval shaped pool and pool bar adjacent to The Spa. |

1. Pas de pénalité pour les annulations réalisées avant la date limite définie pour le Ramada Resort Khao Lak Hôtel .
2. Les annulations réalisées pendant la période limite d'annulation auront comme imposition le prix d'une nuit d'hôtel, à défaut de disposition particulières mentionnées préalablement dans la politique d'annulation.
3. En cas de non-présentation la 1ère nuit sera facturée, sauf mention contraire dans la politique d'annulation.
4. Aucune annulation pendant ou après la date d'arrivée.
