This spacious duplex comprises on the ground floor - lounge/American kitchen, separate utility, W/C and private terrace with direct access to the swimming pool. On the 1st floor there is a master bedroom en-suite with private balcony & twin bedroom en-suite with small private balcony. The bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and there is central heating throughout. A comfortable fold up bed is available which can sleep a 5th person.
* The 18 rooms are spacious and equipped with kitchen, satellite TV, air conditioning, room service, veranda with sea view and 24-hour hot water supply. There is every day cleaning. |

1. Pas de pénalité pour les annulations réalisées avant la date limite définie pour le Senia Apartments Saronic Islands.
2. Les annulations réalisées pendant la période limite d'annulation auront comme imposition le prix d'une nuit d'hôtel, à défaut de disposition particulières mentionnées préalablement dans la politique d'annulation.
3. En cas de non-présentation la 1ère nuit sera facturée, sauf mention contraire dans la politique d'annulation.
4. Aucune annulation pendant ou après la date d'arrivée.
