The Hotel Villa Kinzica was established over sixty years ago in an imposing mid-18th-century villa. Situated a literal stone’s throw away from the famous leaning tower, the hotel allows you to immerse yourself immediately in the wonderful atmosphere of this compact, culture-rich city.
Thanks to its fabulous location, the hotel is very well-served by transport links, making it exceptionally easy to reach. Pisa Airport is but a 10-minute taxi ride away, while the north and south motorway exits for the city are just 2 and 3 kilometers away respectively. |

* Rooms are medium in size and with sober and basic furniture. Most rooms benefits from view on leaning Tower and Basilica. All 34 rooms are air-conditioned (only from June to October), with colour TV and direct dial phone. Bathrooms are in need of renovation. |

| POLITIQUE D'ANNULATION |

1. Pas de pénalité pour les annulations réalisées avant la date limite définie pour le Villa Kinzica Hôtel Pise.
2. Les annulations réalisées pendant la période limite d'annulation auront comme imposition le prix d'une nuit d'hôtel, à défaut de disposition particulières mentionnées préalablement dans la politique d'annulation.
3. En cas de non-présentation la 1ère nuit sera facturée, sauf mention contraire dans la politique d'annulation.
4. Aucune annulation pendant ou après la date d'arrivée.
